You do not need a referral to get started

Indiana allows direct access to physical therapy, which means you can schedule your first evaluation with us without seeing your physician first. You do not have to wait on a referral to start dealing with pain that is already affecting your daily life.

If your specific insurance plan requires paperwork from a physician in order to cover your visits, we will handle tracking that down on your behalf, so it does not hold up the start of your care. In every case, we keep your physician updated on your progress throughout your treatment.

When a referral still makes sense

Some insurance plans, and some more complex conditions, benefit from physician involvement from the start. If that applies to your situation, we will tell you directly at your evaluation and help coordinate the next step.
