1
We evaluate the injury and how it affects your sport specifically.
Our job is not done until you have returned to a level of play you are actually satisfied with, not just cleared to walk.
What It Is
Being pain-free is not the same as being ready to compete. A lot of rehab stops at 'the pain is gone,' which leaves athletes undertrained for the specific cuts, sprints, and loads their sport actually demands, and sets them up for the same injury again.
We believe our job is not done until you have returned to a level of function you are satisfied with, not just a level a chart says is acceptable. That means building your rehab plan around your actual sport, position, and season, and testing the movements that matter before we call it done.

Questions, Answered
Often sooner than most athletes expect. Early, safe movement is usually part of a good recovery, and waiting too long to start can slow things down. We will tell you exactly what is safe at your evaluation.
Yes. Before we clear you, we test the specific movements your sport demands: cutting, sprinting, jumping, whatever applies, so you go back with real proof you are ready, not just a feeling.
That is a core part of the plan. We build in the strength and movement work most likely to prevent a repeat injury, not just treat the one you already have.
