Dr. Abdul-Fatai Adisa, PT, MBA, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. SMT, Dip. Osteopractic

Dr. Adisa brings decades of clinical expertise to every evaluation, with a commitment to the highest standard of patient care and result-oriented outcomes.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, The College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1991). Master of Business Administration, Colorado Technical University (1999). Doctorate in Physical Therapy, University of St. Augustine, Florida (2007).

Certifications and specialized training: Fellowship trained with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, 2018 cohort. Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopractic (2018). Certification in Spinal Manipulative Therapy (2018). Certification in Dry Needling (2018). Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (2013). Licensed Physical Therapist and active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Dr. Adisa specializes in orthopedic injuries and chronic spinal pain, with an emphasis on complex back and neck conditions, functional rehabilitation for injured workers, and optimal performance training for athletes. He has built a reputation for gentle, effective orthopedic manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and total joint post-operative rehabilitation, and is known for making patients feel comfortable throughout the process. Outside the clinic, he enjoys bike riding, running, and community service.

Anita Medrano, PTA

Anita is a Physical Therapist Assistant who works one-on-one with patients throughout their treatment plans, helping guide the hands-on exercises and rehab work that make up each session.

Hanifat Amodu, Patient Care Advocate & Quality Care Navigator, B.A.

Hanifat serves as the clinic's patient care advocate and quality care navigator, bringing a broad range of experience in collaborative communication and administrative detail to the role. She works closely with patients, insurance representatives, physicians, employers, case managers, and attorneys, and is responsible for patient scheduling and care tracking. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, making new friends, and storytelling with family.

Victoria Flores, Front Desk

Victoria is often the first friendly face you see at RCA Physical Therapy, helping keep scheduling and the front office running smoothly for every patient who walks through the door.
